My progress in Forza Horizon 4 isn’t syncing with Forza Hub, any idea what’s going on ?

I have had the same since end of November. It looks like it only worked for 1 day
Yeah, i’ve had this since just after release too. Not good enough Forza! I mean yeah it’s free in game money, but they shouldn’t offer it if they can’t provide it.

Had a reply from NitroGlitter, they are aware and working on it.

Ha! I got a similar reply from Forza support for my ticket and they closed it!! Months later FH3 progress is still not syncing. 7/10 categories are at 0!
It really is amazing how PG can leave things so broken for months and months. Forza Rewards seems to always be broken in some manner.
(Incidentally, today (April 29) I just received an acknowledgement to a feedback ticket I lodged on October 30 last year!! That only took 6 months for them to respond!!??)
I think it’s an automated reply.
Forza Hub will update stats, but it can take up to 2-3 months in worst case.
Some stats updates almost daily, while others is rare.
Most stats in all Forza games normally updates within 2-4 weeks as it is now.
Days played in FH 4 haven’t updated for a long time, but it works for other Forza games.
At some point FH 4 days played will be updated too.
Other stats like Gamerscore, distance driven, Car Masteries, houses bought etc. is updated frequently atleast.
Just be patient.
It’s not a matter of patience, it’s simply broken, and they’re aware of it. You say that “distance driven, Car Masteries, houses bought etc.” are updated frequently, but they’re not updating at all and haven’t for quite a while now.
Do you guys still have this issue? Because my progress from forza horizon 3 isn’t updating either, the only progress so far updated is the days played, gamescore and DLC brought, I hope this get fixed soon enough

My Forza Hub isn’t updating either. I’m borrowing FM5 from a friend to get the hub points, and other than the freebie DLC points for playing the game (since the DLCs are no longer available) I haven’t gotten any credit. At least those free points were enough to bump me up a level.
So weird
I was playing fm2 fm3 and fm4 on the weekend on a different account ( since this one is already almost maxed out) and they all updated within 24 hours
Havent fully checked but maybe it was only gamerscore but it was enough to get me about 300 points and move me up to tier 10 for that account 
same thing is happening to me i have no idea how to fix it. If i switch to my other account which I no longer use as it is my stepdads it works perfectly fine however as soon as i use my account it thinks i have never played forza horizon 4 and that i can preorder forza motorsport 7. its like even though my account was created a few months ago, its stuck in 2019
Does Forza Hub work with Horizon 5?
I don’t think so. They kind of stopped maintaining it halfway through Horizon 4. It still partly works with 4, but I don’t think there were ever any plans to use it with 5.
