Hello, the issue is that Forza Hub is not recording my progress in the game, only the gamescore
Neither Play Time, Cars owned, discovered routes, ultimate passes, driver level, properties owned, car masteries completed and Horizon Story chapters are updated even though I have over 150 Cars, over 400 discovered routes, driver level at 1 Star – 44, brought all properties minus the Edinburgh and Bamburgh Castle, have 3 cars (I think ?) with fully unlocked car masteries and did two or three Horizon stories. It’s really frustrating, please help me, I am not getting the rewards I should get.
I have the game 5 weeks or so got 1500 gamerscore completed the game and the only thing tracking is the gamerscore
Turn 10 can you please acknowledge that this problem at the very least is being looked into

My Forza Hub has stopped updating. My Forza Horizon 4 Days played has frozen at 48 days along with my Car Masteries 17 of 50 and I have done over 20. Been a week or two that I can recall. Also, not getting my Weekly Claimed Credits in Game."
They appear to be aware of the problem, just haven’t officially said anything in the Forums that I have seen, or in the Support Section.
Just for good measure: I see the problem as well. I’ve unlocked 51 cars completely in the skills/mastery tree, but my Forza Hub is stuck at 12/50. It’s the last Forza Score component that I need to max out to get full FH4 score.
Today is January 14th 2019 and this still hasn’t been fixed.
It also says i have unlocked all the achievements but also haven’t unlocked any of them.
Can someone from Turn 10 please fix this?
In the same boat here. The hub has recently updated my gamerscore progress, but nothing else. All other categories remain blank. Hoping for a fix soon. Always enjoyed this tracker in other Forza games.
Also for me only gamerscore update and Forza Motorsport 7 I finish all showcases and stuck on 190/300 finish all game race and Gamerscore stuck on 375/500
