Hi,
Been having problems w/stats on Forza Hub for Forza Horizon 4 (PC). The only stat that changes is the gamerscore (@ around 200).
The rest of the items are at 0; like “days played,” Cars owned,” etc. Have you received feedback similar to this from other users?

I can’t sync/load my old files from Forza Horizon 3. Tried to use FH3 car tunes for FH4 but I the loading screen sticks to 0%. Might the syncing process take long? I’ve waited several minutes, to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same issue. No idea why, It hasn’t synced at all and I have played for a couple of months and am level 120 now.
I own it on PC, no Gamepass or anything.
Hey Iam level 65 played this Christmas gone across all road own 71 vehicles the only stat that goes up is the achievment stat and also the stat for Days plays on FM3 dont go up ether so whats up with this
Same for me. Only thing to increase is the gamer score. I have over 50 cars but Rewards say 0… everything is 0. Looks like this is a known issue and is being worked on. 
There must be some coding changes to the Forza Hub or the FH4 & FM7 that is not allowing the stat communication.
FM7 was 90% complete with 2-3 online achievements left, now it say coming October 3rd… Forza Hub rewards are broken almost every other week now.
Guessing there is some behind-the-scene updates coming or (less likely) the Forza Hub is being phased out/ignored
Wondering if this would effects potential awards. FH3 rewarded users w/cars for playing other Forza titles. I couldn’t find info whether they continued this practice for FH4, but would like to know if I’m missing out on any earned prizes.
I too would like to know if the developers are giving-up-on/ignoring Forza Hub support requests. The admins were always prompt responding to past inquiries on this forum.
Cosigning this, I haven’t seen anything move since before Christmas.
I’ll add my name to FH4 is not updating at all on the rewards section. Everything reads zero even though I’m at level 114 in game with tons of cars and achievements. I hope this gets fixed.
I submitted a ticket on this a few weeks back. They closed it out without resolving it and were not very nice. Horrible support these days.
