Having loading profile problem ! I tried everything I know possible, Restart ,Restore game, Restore Unit, 2 Profiles show up but will not snyc profile !! believe CORRUPTED FILE ! Level 400+ ALL CARS PURCHASED,200+ Of Tunes & paint Shares, $60.000.000.000+Money, All DLC packs/Car packs… Contacted Microsoft but they cannot help me and told me to contact turn 10 studios HELP TURN TEN STUDIOS … Had my profile for little over 13 years Xbox live and purchase all your Forza racing games. And I’ve never had this problem hopefully you can fix it for me.Probably will Quit playing if have to start over~

Once done, restart your console, and then sign into Xbox Live on the same gamertag (profile) to redownload the Profile.
Thanks but I’ve already done that a couple times ,it’s just my profile on Forza 6. no other games are effected. The first two times I restored it asked me for a which data it wanted me to install one from the may27th or the one for the may29th both times I push the may27th but nothing happened it went right to the game start screen and started game over from the beginning now it doesn’t even do anything like that it just goes straight to the game at the beginning level 1 it’s like the data disappeared. This all happened on the may29th and thank you for your reply I appreciate your help
Disconnect from the net and launch Forza. If your local profile is OK then reconnect and all should be well.
If it’s broken then quit Forza and remove your Live profile from your Xbox, reboot, then launch Forza and log your profile back in. This’ll force it to get whatever’s on the cloud.
If it’s good, then great. If this one is broken too then you’re stuffed - there’s apparently no way to recover it.
well guess I should start back playing project cars!! Because it would just be stupid to start the whole game over took a long time just to get where I am and if it started all over again b******
There’s nothing turn 10 studios can do for me. …like maybe get my level back where is was,or maybe have a better way of contacting them about their game .Xbox live told me to contact them for this , but they don’t even have a contact number all I find is email address…I spent almost over $200, on this game
I’m in a similar boat, haven’t been able to play Forza using my regular account for over 8 weeks - soon as i load forza with the affected save game the game crashes.
Have resync’d it from the cloud a dozen times, wrote dozens of emails to T10, hit up moderators and T10 staff via the forums… i’ve heard back from no one but the moderator.
I don’t buy the “nothing can be done” bulldust, my save game still exists just like yours, the data is there sitting in my save game in MS’s cloud. T10 are a subsidiary of MS and no doubt would have access to the resources necessary.
If you ever get anywhere with having your profile fixed/restored i would love to know how/what you had to do so i could do the same…
Still nothing, can’t get any one to help me from turn 10!!! Apparently the only real support is Xbox Live which they don’t want to mess with it either they just tell you to go to contact turn 10 which has no phone number maybe an email address to go somewhere out of state I just gave up tired of trying. I guess it’s lost in the cloud somewhere up there

I recently got banned for reasons yet unknown(turn 10 please let me know why) and after the unban date it said I’m still banned ? I can still play the game but can’t go on my club or share my designs please help.
Sounds like you’ve got more problems than just being banned, if you think FM6 has “clubs.” Send an email to Turn 10 at forzafb@microsoft.com with your full details, including any other gamertags which have played on your console.
You will receive an automated response with links and directing you to these forums, but that really is acknowledging they’ve received your email. Have patience after that, it takes time to investigate, and further posts on the forums or more emails do not help the investigation.
