Problem with dlc 10 anniversary car pack Forza Motorsport 6

I have the Forza 6 10 Year anniversary pack and in the game it says purchased in the market place and all the cars are displayed as purchased i have the thing downloaded it is all there.
BUT…
in find my car in the free section it does not display :frowning:

Try hard resetting your console properly
Including pulling the power cable from the wall until the light on the power supply goes off

done all that i talked to microsoft moderator and did all the above still nothing

Look i really want these cars and i would like it asap

i see cars in “find a car”, but i cant purchase some of these cars for free to my account.

i installed a dlc, i see this dlc like a purchased in forza store, so where its a problem? i comunnicated this problem to xbox microsoft support and they cant help me.

for example, if i open “find a car” in game, i havent got the “free” bar, only “Recommended”, and then "abarth, acura, alfa romeo… etc.)

i tryied restart game, restart a xbox - doesnt working.

I have the Xbox One S 1TB

I recently purchased the forza motorsport six ten year anniversary edition (which includes a car pack including a McLaren P1 and an Audi R8,) so I successfully put in the code once my game was installed. The instillaionnporcess went to plan and had assigned the cars to my Account. The pack appears as ‘purchased’ heat I have not received the cars, nor can I purchase them for free. They are not in my garage. Could someone please help fix this?
Any replies would be appreciated

did you try hard resetting your console properly after the installation

they should appear in the autoshow under the free tab , which if there is the first tab before A

I have the same problem, hard resetting and reinstalling did not work for me.

I’m having exactly the same issue and have tried all the recommended steps listed above but still not seeing the 'Free cars’list.

It seems that this is a common issue so what is the answer???

I’m having exactly the same problem. I’ve done a few hard resets of the Xbox (turned off at the mains), uninstalled and reinstalled the DLC pack and still no sign of the the ‘Free cars’ list.

Please help asap.

Same problem here, have done the hard reset and reinstall but still no ‘Free cars’ list showing appearing under ‘Find a car’.

If you go into marketplace the cars appear as ‘purchased’ but they do appear under ‘my cars’.

Seems a common issue so what’s the answer?

I seem to be coming late to the party but am experiencing the same frustrating issue.

In “Marketplace” the cars appear as purchased and that’s it.

If I go to “My Cars” there is no “Free Cars” tab and no sign of the Ten Year Pack.

If I look in “Find A Car”, I have a “Recommended” tab with some cars listed (not the Ten Year Pack). However the Ten Year Pack cars DO appear as “purchaseable” items.

I have had multiple chats with Xbox Support and we have the same conversation every time, always ending without resolution. I was finally provided a link to this thread and here we are. Clearly this is a common issue but I haven’t found anything suggesting a workable solution.

I’ve gone through the motions of uninstalls, reinstalls and hard resets in multiple combinations and different sequences, all to no avail. XBox Support did provide me with a case number, 1416072044.

If somebody has come across a working fix for this issue that has passed me by then I would be eternally grateful for any assistance.

Try setting your console to home console, if it’s already home console, set it so it isn’t, reboot, set it back to home, see if that helps you. This is all assuming you are setting home constantly to the same account that the ten year code was registered under.

Thanks for the suggestion, not something I had considered. Unfortunately switching the console setting between “home” and “not home” as suggested has not improved the situation. Still searching for a solution…
