I have the game for 3 month …all was good and suddenly the game stop working . The game launch and give me a error - THE GAME FAILED TO LOAD- …I have deleted the game and reinstall and no change. I have renitialise my Xbox to manufacturer default and reinstall the game and it still the same 
I have returned forza 6 and exchange it to another 1 and I still have the same problem …
Anyone can help I would really appreciate

I am having the same problem for the SECOND time now. This is ridiculous. I tried everything before to fix it but had to start over at level 1 losing all saved data. I feel for you. I emailed forza but never got a response. I would like to know how we are going to be reimbursed for this extreme inconvenience.
Did either of you try a proper hard reset of the console first
Should do it after installing too
Also you really need to wait for it to finish syncing as well

Oh yeah. I tried everything(hard reset, reinstalling all forza related items including dlcs, removing account and downloading again. I played on a different account to load the game then tried switching to my main account which brought me back to the load failed screen.
I waited for 3 days repeatedly allowing the syncing process to take its time just for it to fail every time. I don’t know how some people got it to work but i had no luck at all.
I had over a 100 mil lost the first time and all my tunes and liveries. Now this happening again makes me not even want to play out of fear this will happen a third time. The worst part is turn 10 not doing anything to fix this problem which from what I’m learning has been going on some at least forza 5. Smh
