Have not been able to join a Multiplayer lobby by myself for the last month or so. I’ve contacted Microsoft gone through all their troubleshooting and even had 3 tickets. In the end they told me there was nothing they could do. Basically told me to f off. Email T10 when the issue started, with no answer back. Looks like I’m stuck to playing single player.
I can join online sessions through the friends app, but its too much of a hassle as I only play F5 with my cousin and its too hard to coordinate a schedule with me working and going to school.
Unless someone has a magic one click solution I’m done.
Would you happen to be with Virgin as your ISP? If do there is something you need to turn on in your router. I think it is called Ipsec but hopefully someone can confirm that.
Yes it’s an issue with certain routers on virgin. I’m on virgin but my router was not on the list. I turned it on anyway just to be sure. Virgin are supposed to have fixed the backend issue causing it, but i have no idea if they did. Theyre’ very busy giving everyone free speed upgrades, so it may drop with that. Mine is any time between august this year and august next year. lol
Well you could still try it. Just in case. What other games work?
Have you tried hard reset of your xbox one followed by going into game to try and get online?
