I have recently got the FM premium edition, but none of the DLC content cars are in my garage. Am I missing something? What should I do?

-yes, I have tried to restart the game and the console

Try to search for all DLCs in the store, it should say ‘owned’ or ‘ready to download’ and you can just download it.
If this doesn’t work contact the Forza Support.

So, they are all owned and the cars are in-game, but not in garage. Do I have to unlock them somehow?

Have you looked at the “Buy Cars” tab? Scroll through it, the DLC cars should be marked as “Free” or have no price showing. You still have to ‘buy’ them from there to get them into your garage.
