Ich have bought the Car Pass for Forza Motorsport 5, and download all Car Packs now, but the Cars are not listet in my cars Sektion. How can i get my Cars?

Go to the Buy Cars menu, you need to get them for free from there one by one.
Thx, but i must pay with cr for the cars from the car packs, i dont get them for free.
Same issue here - purchased car pass - which installed ok. Then installed all relevant packs via Market place - so now these show as purchased.
But none of the cars are available for free in the Buy sections ie. most are missing - and if they are there I still have to pay for them.
Have restarted - no noy.
Pulled power - no joy.
Uninstalled the entire game + car pass + packs AND then reinstalled ALL - no joy.
Spoke with microsoft - and they pointed me to the developer - so here I am : )

Some days later, but its not solved. Cannot play FM5 with this issue, because the Cars wich are required are not in my garage.
Yeah, the cars arrived today. Their marked as free so i can take it car by car.

Would have been good if they had a note with the Car Pass along the lines of:
“Please be advised that it may take several days for your cars to appear in your Buy Menu - and once there you will then be able to add them to your garage for FREE.”
Would save a lot of angst : /

Since I have the game, I have to pay in game for the cars of the free DLCs.
I have just bought car pass, and no one of them are free to add to my garage.
How many days should I wait for them to Free to add-on?

Bought VIP-Membership & the Car-Pack for FM5 but until now nothing appeared In-Game! 
Is there any solution to solve that problem? Or it is just to wait some days? Purchased it a week ago…

I only have 5 more days to solve it, in 5 days expires the date to return back the game and have my money back.

I have to buy DLC cars with game crédits after Pay with money for them, and if it was not enough, I have sound problems too, always during racings only.
For sure its going to be my 1st and last turn 10 game, I don’t like to be ripped of.
And the Xbox support… it’s crazy, they are even worst.

Same Problem here. I have this game since 3 weeks.
Not a single one of the free cars is free for me and the VIP stuff does not work too.
I´ve already send 3 mails at forzafb@microsoft.com but still got no answer.
I will now send an e-mail every two days until someone finally answers me.
All DLC cars showed up free for me when I purchased the FM5 and Season Pass bundle recently. The cars were avail almost immediately once the game downloaded. Sounds like you guys hit some bad glitches.
Bought FM5 , Car Pass and VIP today ands all seem to work fine… nice load of cars and 4.5M R’s credits waiting from Forza Rewards…
At the start of the “career” you can only “buy” the free DLC cars in Free Play mode…
I can confirm DLC Owned and Tokens Bought Forza Reward Points are still being added properly as of 07th April 2017… it did take 48 hours to update them … Gamer Score points, Miles driven, Badges etc are usually quicker.
It´s still not working and forzafb@microsoft.com is still ignoring me.
I think I send them around 5 mails already.

I still have the problem, and now a new one have been added, I have sound problems too.
I deleted and reinstalled several times and the sound only works properly a few races, I made another deletions guided by microsoft SAT but same result.
I´m completly disappointed with this game and Turn10, no answer yet from forzafb@microsoft.com.

Same. Bought the car pass a few years ago, remembered to download the gmc van… Only to realize today i never downloaded the shelby cobra (& last 2 packs worth of cars).
Didn’t realize i didn’t have them downloaded… Car pass shows on my console. Doh.
I would say this is hopeless, but the same thing happened to me in fh1, & 2 weeks after I got off the phone with MS, the cars I’d paid for magically showed up in my garage. Hoping same can be done for FH5
