first off all, i was talking to Microsoft concerning these issue in the past. They couldn’t solve that problem, because it is a “ingame-issue”. I have to post this issue here.
I bought the car-pass and one of the current car-packs (Top Gear Car pack), which isn’t inculded in the car-pass.
All “dlc apps” were shown as installed and all cars were marked as “purchased” in the ingame marketplace - but i can’t find them in my garage.
The 10 Years anniversary car pack - which code was included in the FM6 box - doesn’t appears in my garage.
For sure, there appears in the “find a car” section, but i have to buy these cars with my ingame credits.
I know there are a lot of posts concerning this issue, but i think this is not the correct behaviour. In the Microsoft Store you can find ratings for the car pass from people, who purchase the car pass and get all cars for free without buy them with ingame credits.
Anybody knows about an bug or something like that? Got anybody a solution for that issue?
I don’t know another game, where dlc content - which is purchased with real money - were not available immediately.

Try hard resetting your console properly and then go back to the “find a car section”
The free section should appear first
The cars do not automatically appear in your garage
a console hard reset is allready done including cache clearing. I had to do this at first while i was speaking with the Microsoft support.
The tabpage with free cars after purchasing a dlc or activate a code never appaears.
Some other suggestions?

You should really read the description of the DLC… It’s behaving exactly as intended based on your description. If you read the description on the XBL marketplace, you’ll see that buying a DLC pack lets you add one of each of those cars to your garage for FREE - they don’t get added automatically. Did you not see the green word “FREE” under each car when you go to Buy Cars? You’re lucky the game even does that - in FM5, you had to pay credits to get the cars. Credits are so easy to come by it shouldn’t even matter anyway…
I know, that the cars added from dlc packages do not appears in my garage automatically. I had to go in the ingame market store and “buy” them without spend credits for it.
After purchase the dlc go back to the “find a car section”. The free section should appear first - but there is no section.
Even lots of users were describe these process and as u can see in the microsoft market place there are a lot of ratings which are do the same.
Some player - including me - got not that time to drive races with huge trophy credits. So i had to spend a lot time to get 10 billion credits.
Why Turn10 give us no feedback concering these issues? An official statement should help. It is not a single user issue!
Microsoft told me some Turn10 staff member are active in these forums…where?

If you bought the cars without spending in game credits then they will no longer appear in the free car section. The free car only applies to one copy of each DLC car.
You don’t have to play a lot to earn a lot of credits. Use mod cards the boost credit payouts or increase driver level. Driver level up wheel spins will reward huge credit payouts. It’s usually not the races that are making players filthy rich. Even on the easiest difficulty you can still get rich via wheel spins.
And you don’t need many credits to buy most of the cars in the game.
have you got your console set as your home console
if you are a secondary profile that didnt actually purchase the DLC you wont get it free either
actually need no where near 10 billion to get all cars in the game
seriously the credits are ridiculously easy to build up in this game
add some mod cards and do a rew races and before too long you will have too many credits to know what to do with
i have over 100 million and actually wish that you had to use ingame credits to buy the dlc cars
Doesnt matter if its your only profile
Set your console as your home with your profile
It’s in settings…all settings…personalisation..the 3rd box on the right
It affects the way some dlcs work..if offline your dlc wont work
