So I live in Canada and Pre-Order forza horizon 2 from my local EB Games(or Game Stop same company) and get Audi 2013 RS 4 Avant instead of the advertised Lamborghini 2011 Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera. I’m unsure of where to complain so I’m putting it here hoping someone will tell me what to do if I can do anything. I contacted my EB Games and they said its the only codes the have but one of the only reasons I Pre-Ordered was because of the Lamborghini and i don’t get that come on what is this. So my local EB Games tells me they cannot do anything and to contact turn 10 studios but i cant find an email or anything, I press support and its just FAQ’s I don’t know what to do help please.

I live in USA and pre-ordered from GameStop and got the Lamborghini superleggera with no problem, I think that as advertised , they are supposed to give you the code for the Lambo, and not to direct you into Turn10, I suggest that you keep complaining to the GameStop managers or to their customer service until they give you a new code, gamestop are the one responsible to contact Microsoft or Turn10 and get the code for you. I’m sorry for happened to you and wish good luck getting the code.

I’d like to hear if other Canadian Ebgames customers received this as well. If so then I’d say it’s the retailers fault and there was a communication breakdown somewhere that caused the Gallardo to still be advertised as the Canada preorder bonus when it wasn’t the case. Similar to how amazon.uk had the M6 instead of the California except Amazon advertised it properly.

Does EB do it differently than Gamestop? It should have been a code printed on your receipt
Usually at EB games a preorder code is printed on the receipt. But for some reason it looks like there was a kerfuffle with this release as my location didn’t have the codes till a day later, and they are on a separate card with a scratch off code on the back. Also, for some reason my location only had the 2013 Audi RS4 Avant 2013 as well.
I was kinda looking forward to getting the Superleggera that was advertised.
Has anyone had any luck contacting someone about obtaining the advertised pre-order car?
I live in Canada as well, manitoba to be exact and also didn’t receive the Gallardo code as
advertised! I called EB Games and they said that they have codes for the Audi, I really hope this gets fixed cause I was reallllllyyyy looking

I’m in the same situation as OP. I live in Montreal Canada, and I also pre-ordered from EB Games to get that 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP-570-4 SL. On Launch day, when I picked up my game the guy said there was a bug in the system and no code was available for this game atm. He said he would have gotten them following day and would call. They didn’t so, last Night I went and complained to them. He found the cards. He gave my one and I noticed this 2013 Audi RS 4 Avant. I went back in the store. “Hey, isn’t that Lambo code?, thats an Audi car” He said to me it was the only code he had from EB Games. So I brought this card home. I got the surprise earlier to redeem that Ugly Audi. I feel like we’ve been ripped off… I sent an e-mail to EB Games customer service to complain about it. This is pathetic.
Destiny was a big FAIL for me, now this. Seriously, EB Games is greedy as heck. I will start trading at BEst Buy. I get better value…

Hello OP, I would like to update you with my case. They just sent me the code via E-mail. I just redeemed that Lambo. You should talk directly to the customer service, not with a manager at a Store since they are almost clueless with their stuff.
