Hello. I was wondering if anyone has been able to get their code for the pre order car for Xbox 360. I have been to ebgames(Game Stop in the US) 3 times looking to get my code but they still don’t have them. Anyone else not able to get their code?
Any reply would be great.
I’ve had mine since day one on Tuesday when i picked up my copy. The download code is printed on your receipt. I redeemed the code for the car before i even installed horizon 2 into my xbox one, and it was there when I finally could get into my garage. Also shows all the DLC under game management. Shows the game, VIP, day one car pack, and free car pack. I downloaded all DLC before installing game. Don’t know why it would be any different for xbox360? Codes are usually printed on the receipt for EB exclusives for some time now.
Yep, both the code for Horizon 2 and Shadow of Mordor were printed on my receipt. I haven’t seen a scratch off preorder bonus on any game for years. All the preorders from Gamestop I’ve done since at least Batman Arkham City in '11 were all printed on the receipt. It’s strange that not all Gamestops work this way. I know he said EBgames which means they could still do it the old fashioned way but I’ve heard other people complain that their Gamestop didn’t receive their preorder codes. Either that or there’s a ton of people not checking their receipts.
This is something you must take up with EBGames or Gamestop. They are the ones that advertised that product, and they are the ones who are delivering it to you. This is not something Turn10 can, or will, help you with.
Some retailers were having issues with the codes not having arrived to put in their system at the same time as the game and were going to be calling people once the codes arrived. Seems like a shipping problem, but that is what OP is most likely referring to.
The MS Store is emailing them, and I am still waiting on mine. They say 10 days max wait time and it’s been, oh gosh, only 4…
I would like to give an update on my EB Games purchase in Canada, I e-mailed the customer service directly. They e-mailed me my Lambo bonus code. Just tell them you didn’t get it.
Well I went to eb today and they still don’t have them in how long does it take
I pre ordered mine online from ebgames. The order arrived in the mail on Wednesday and I received an email from them that same afternoon with the code for my Lambo. I’m in Canada and got it for the Xbox One

Agreed. When I pre ordered online from ebgames I could swear it said Xbox One only had the Lambo pre order car. Who knows lol

No, I’m pretty sure (in the U.S. at least) the pre-order bonus cars were only for the Xbox One.
yeah picked mine up on thursday (oct 2nd was released here) and the case was empty no codes, no nothing… not sure what to do
EB did state on the website that the codes will be emailed, but havnt got those either…

ROFL! I just entered my code from EB games Canada and it’s the wrong car! It was supposed to be the Lambo. I got the RS4 Avant instead. lol.
Just got my code today. People in Canada have been warned. ha ha.
Was this for 360 or Xbone? I got he mlambo code entered it but in game , nothing.
You entered the code, it redeemed it successfully, and nothing happened? Once you use the code, you still need to go to the Autoshow in game and get the car.
LUCKY! I cancelled my order with GameStop (Canada: EBGames) because Microsoft had the RS4 Avant. Now I’m without a car. If I new Gamestop was going to oops and do that, I could of had the car already.
For those that pre-ordered at EB games Canada and got a nasty (or nice) surprise when entering their car code and got the RS4 Avant instead of the Lambo…there’s good news…
It seems that Microsoft likes EB games because they just sent a new batch of Lambo codes recently through E-mail (my original code for the RS4 was over the phone because they were late). I’m certainly pleased as I now have both the RS4 Avant and the Lambo.
Stop by your local store and check. It seems that enough people sent in E-mail/twitter/facebook messages.
