Perhaps by telling people to not download his designs, he actually wanting people to check out his designs and download them.
He did state his name 3 times and we all know people that if you tell to NOT do something, some will do it out of rebellion, spite etc.
Maybe not of course, but a good ploy to get more downloads. LOL

If you don’t want your designs used by the wider Forza community, don’t share them.
If you need to allow your friends to use them, you’ll have to find a different way of distributing them. The Auction House will allow you to do this.
