Why cant I sell my Porsche 918 Spyder for only 1 300 000 Credits?
I bought it and dont like the car so I want to sell it.

The paint job and the tune might be a 5 star but it makes no difference. YOU have to be a legendary painter or tuner (50k total downloads/uses/likes)

Go through every car in your garage paint it Zinc then cover it in black vinyl and share each design to the storefront, you’ll be a legend in a week and will be able to buy up all of the rare cars and gouge everyone through the AH. I’m glad to see the zinc/black losers got hosed on the 2012 GT2s as they’re selling for < 1m CR

Because you bought it from a legendary painter/tuner and can’t sell it at legendary painter/tuner prices

I sympathise. Seriously, don’t sell it. It will almost certainly be snapped up by another ‘legendary painter’ who will re-sell it for a high price. Don’t give them the satisfaction.
Also it’s a very good car and I am confident if you give it a chance, you’ll become very fond of it.

Uhh, yeah its your fault that t10 never explained how this works exactly…so, you’re ignorant for purchasing the car for 7 million because you didn’t come here first and read the various threads on this specific topic…like what were you thinking dude? Didn’t you read the fine print? Nobody forced you to buy the car for 7 million, did they? Figured I’d get these classic responses out of the way while I’m at it. I mean why would you think that you can buy a car for 7 million and not be able to sell it for what you bought it for, or for a reasonable price? I mean come on don’t you live in the real world?
sarcasm aside, I agree wholeheartedly with you on this topic. t10 does a horrible job at conveying information and how things work in general, you have to figure it out for yourself as you go. Personally, I kind of like it though because you learn like you do in life, by making mistakes and sometimes them mistakes can put a hurting on you so do your due diligence. I love forza games, I do mean LOVE, but I’m turned off by the way they go about doing things sometimes. I think they should explain a bit more how things work in future games, a bit more transparency would go a long way imho but I’m just a boy so what do I know.

No, it doesn’t happen like that in the real world. There isn’t some over-arching price fixing society that caps folks from selling something at one price while simultaneously allowing someone else to sell the same exact thing for 20x more.

The guys selling these cars are making hundreds of millions… And it’s still not enough! Lol. What are you going to use all that money for? Do you have to keep gouging people who just want to enjoy driving that car in the game? It’s nuts.

I don’t get it…no one is capping big pharma’s pricing. that’s the problem. If someone was capping/suppressing their competitors while simultaneously allowing them to sell whatever drug for whatever price then that would be a parallel.
