Please help - lost data

Formatted my pc and logged in to forza i had the choice of 2 syncs which were “todays date” or and previous date and by accident i clicked on todays date and now i have lost all my save game data can someone please help my gamer tag is - Artfool Geezer

I am now having trouble connecting to my friend and doing races together it keeps kicking us off the convoy and saying network issues - any ideas what i can try ?
