I don’t think the “Platinum Edition” was very “Platinum”…
If I recall correctly, it didn’t actually include everything.
So, yeah, I think missing those items is “working as intended”…as odd/bad/misleading as that is.

This bundle is a ripoff. I should have purchased a lesser bundle
Make sure you have ALL the content installed by going into manage game for Forza 6 and look in the ready to install section for forza 6
It wont unlock if not installed
The platinum edition does contain pretty much everything
I think the previous poster was referring to the ultimate edition which is different and does not contain everything
These are not showing as owned.

Did you go into manage game for forza 6 and check everything is installed from the xbox main menu
Sounds like they arent installed
If its an issue with ownership you need to contact xbox support
You may need to check your information again, Talby. I was, actually, talking about the Platinum edition, which does not, apparently, in fact, include absolutely everything.
Straight from the store on the site, here, Platinum is stated to include the following.
- FM6 (the game itself). Normal/Standard, Ultimate, and Deluxe versions are all included as well, because Ultimate/Deluxe versions are just the base game plus some content pack(s).
- Polo Red pack.
- Logitech G pack.
- '15 Mazda TF edition.
- Porsche/NASCAR content bundle, and both Porsche and NASCAR content separately.
- Mobil 1 pack.
- Ten Year Anniversary pack(TF edition cars).
- Alpinestars pack.
- FM6 Car Pass.
- '15 Nissan GT-R LM NISMO.
- VIP status/pack.
- Meguiar’s pack.
- F&F pack.
- '16 Infiniti Q60.
The Car Pass included most of the packs/content mentioned above.
Deluxe and Ultimate versions include slightly less than the Platinum edition.
But the Platinum edition—advertised/claimed to be “the most inclusive/complete edition yet”—still leaves out the content/packs Live Force mentions.
Like I said, not very “Platinum.” Maybe a “Diamond edition” is about to hit the shelves, and will actually include everything.

Thank you for the feedback. I do think that this is ridiculous that these are not included. Turn 10 has by far the worst history with DLC.

Just need to read what you are actually paying for
But i did assume it included those extra packs too
But buying the biggest bundle still saves you money from buying separately
And if you bought it this week its about 75% off original price…less than the base game

Its not like they are doing any more dlc for the game

Only NASCAR and Porsche packs work for me… Everything else is installed but I can’t use them without re-purchasing. I’ve done a hard reboot as well as reinstalling the game. Nothing.
Does anyone in support read this forum? There are several of these threads with no resolution.
Any resolution to this problem? Only packs that work for me are Nascar and Porsche. Can’t use the cars I paid for. Please help! (all packs have been installed and reinstalled).
So which packs cant you use
Where Are you trying to collect your cars from
You do not get them from the marketplace
You go to find new cars
They are not automatically put in your garage like the porsche and nascar
Are you for certain trying to access the content on the same sign-in that purchased/originally acquired the content?
If you’re trying to use a different sign-in, the content should be there, but you’ll have to earn the credits and purchase the cars from the manufacturer, as you won’t get them for free.
If you are for certain using the correct sign-in, then the cars should be available for free, but you will have to go to the buy car screen to pick them up—they should then be found alongside the recommended cars, for free.
In either case, you may need to double-check that the content is downloaded and installed; you may need to go to the manage game screen and check to see if anything is ready to download/install.
If none of the above is helpful, then I’m afraid I may not be of any further assistance, and apologize for that.
