Physical\disc limited edition

So I started to collect the limited editions of Forza recently and I looked around (on ebay, Google, etc) and found a limited (steel case) edition of FM5 but no FM6. There is a limited version of the Xbox One that’s Forza 6 themed but I am interested in a limited version of the game itself, like they used to do with older games, either with extra content on disc or DLC codes and a steel case. Is that not available anymore? Did they go fully digital this time? With only normal versions of these games available on disc?

I’m also looking to collect Horizon 2 and Horizon 3 special editions if they exist.

As far as I know, there was not a physical collector’s edition of FM6. I was looking for one as well when I bought my copy and the only ones I saw were digital versions.

FH2 may have had a steelcase edtion, FH3 did, but I’m not sure how easily you could find one.

From the “DLC and Editions List” thread pinned at the top of the forum:

I got my limited edition copy of FM5 today. Can’t find Horizon 2 limited edition so far which sucks (FM6 either). I will purchase digital copies of the other games after FM6 since Xbox One discs don’t work on PC.

FM5

There was no steelbook version of FM6, which is why you can’t find it. I think FH2 was the same way.

Damn. Thanks for letting me know.

Pretty strange isn’t it?

The hardcore collectors may want the limited edition console, but that is just too much for some. A whole console instead of a steelbook.
