I would like to see Phoenix Raceway in Forza Motorsport. Because it’s my home track. And the new home of the season finale of NASCAR.
Phoenix Raceway had some interesting road courses that are no longer in use. These could be interesting if this track gets added to the game.

The road track (unlike Laguna Seca) is not able to scan anymore, not only the external road layout but also the internal doesnt exist anymore
