So I lost my save file today.
I opened up the Demo to check out some wheel settings.
Closed it, tried launching the actual game, updated, and my save was gone, making me start from the beginning again.
I am unsure if it was due to launching the demo or the update.
What can I do to get my save back?

Is there nothing that can be done about this.
Anyone else encountering this issue on PC?
And if I have to start over again, will I still get all the DLCs back?
Why does nobody from support answer to save game questions? I have bought the game with paying a nice amount of money and it was a pre order, all my save game lost after update, even my stats. And I lost the wheelspins the game gave me with pre-order, now i start over, lost all my playing hours and no wheelspins what so ever. My gamertag is Sirenzoo and I am demanding help too, wanting my wheelspins and time lost back.

The Cloud synch erase my save on pc and xbox.

How can we acced to cloud to bring back an old save

Same thing happened to me on XBOX… my entire save game has lost a majority of it’s progress, not to mention many of my cars, and nearly all my tunes. I was 212 level with 300+ cars… and after update with re-sync I’ve been set back almost 2 weeks.
game does not open after update, …!!!
There’s a SUPPORT button at the top now. Create a ticket there.
Literally a waste of time using the support page. I submitted a ticket a week ago after receiving the “Invalid Profile” error. Was told I had to start my game and lose my entire progression after making a point of pre-ordering the ultimate edition to get a jump on the story. Lost well over 50 million garage value and the credits I had on hand. Was told once I unlocked online mode to reply that I had done so and I’m still waiting on them gifting me my credits back. Customer service is a joke with Forza, pretty sure you’re supposed to keep your customers happy.
