Hi. I recently installed the new update and when it installed I tried playing the game it launched and then went to a black screen and then went back to my home and my game disappeared off my xbox completely. I go to my forza hub and my driver level and everything is zero now and I lost all my money, cars, driver level. Everything is just disappeared and idk how it happened. Please help!!!
I paid $100 for the game. So I really need some help
I’m scared to even launch my Xbox now. Man, that’s awful… 
I called and got a refund this is ridiculous they don’t care it seems like
Yeah tell me about it man. I had so much in the game already. This isn’t a good start to a new forza game. It worked perfect till that update installed

I’m on the xbox one x and I haven’t even been able to play the game at all it crashes at the start screen
I’m on the same boat, also made a post about this.
Although slightly different. I play on PC and lost my save files after the update. I still see the achievements, cars, etc. on the hub, but every time I run the game, it’s asking me to start over.
I couldn’t tell if it was because I launched the demo today or the update, but it seems like it’s the update.
Interesting that the stats in the hub reset.
Yeah man. That’s what made me so pissed was when I saw that my whole cloud game got reset too
