Hello every one,
This is my first experience with windows store and forza motorsport and I am very disappointed.
I have almost 2 weeks with the game and I have not been able to play ones. from the begging of the game I only see a black screen I am able to hear every thing but I have no images at all. I have try every thing post in this forum and I haven’t been successful to repair the game. I call support and nobody knows who make it work.
Please some one help me out with this problem
If you have an Nvidia card, try deleting all the cached files. New ones will then be generated.
Normally there are 5 files in there… 3 .bin files and 2 .toc … delete them all and try again.

*C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.ApolloBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\Temp\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache*
Try removing and reinstalling a DLC pack from FM7.
Start > Apps & Features > click on Forza Motorsport 7, click advanced options and remove anything you see there (for example VIP dlc package) > now open Microsoft Store and reinstall the pack you deleted > Start game
See if this works, it did for me and many others.
Thank you I try both recommendation, delete the cache from NVIDIA and uninstall del DLC from FM7 and nothing. is the same I am still unable to see any change the game still do not work
