Partner with different racing organisation: D1, WTCC, DTM

In my opinion, Turn10 should go the Motorsport Way on this title. Branded Partnerships with “Lifestyle”-Brands should be kept on Forza Horizon, there it makes totally sense.
On the other hand, Forza Motorsport should be the place, where its all about Motorsport.
Turn10 should partner with D1, DTM, WTCC and different also small racing organisations. Also if they have different rules, those rules should be selectable when starting a multiplayer lobby, so that they apply for the race.

The situation is complicated today beacuse other racing games seek such parternships as well nowadays, making the free licences fewer and fewer

Also of thoes you said, 1 is no longer existing (WTCC/WTCR) and another dont use unique cars for years already (DTM, now using GT3)
