I was trying to paint a HSV door handle black, I got 3/4 of the handle done, but then the very top of it just wouldn’t work. No matter the size I made of the paint and no matter what shape I tried, it wouldn’t paint the very top of the handle, but just above the handle instead.
Anyone know how to fix this problem?
sometimes, adding a decal to the top/hood instead of the side can give you an area you wouldn’t expect it to- maybe try that.
…and sometimes there are just little tiny spots you can’t cover no matter what you do.
edit- I just tried the only HSV I have (the Maloo) and I didn’t have any problem with that area.
Have you tried doing it the other way round? Choose black for the car body then paint around the handle. Might work but more than likely it’s just one of those frustrating things you can’t get round - maybe I’d forgotten after the break I’d had but it feels like the cars are more glitchy than ever.
