Paint/Texture/Model Problem

I don’t know if this is the right place to post this, i don’t even know if someone who can find a solution will read this. But there is an issue with the Toyota Trueno that needs to be resolved.

The area highlighted in red is a weird matte plastic looking color when in real life it is just black paint, which is why i don’t get why it is not paintable. It was paintable in all the forzas before forza 5. Also the bumpers are not paintable which is more realistic but i still think the fans should be able to do it, or at least do it to the aftermarket bumpers.
I’ve seen at least 5 other people on the forums post about this same topic and i have seen 100’s of youtube comments complaining. thanks

Also while it’s not as big of deal the area highlighted should be body color.

Youre right, i dont know why good ?

Its the same problem in fm5, if it wasnt fixed on there its unlikely its gonna be fixed here

Unfortunately, as it does not specifically break any major component of the game or prevent gameplay as intended from happening to a large portion of the costumer base it will likely not be fixed.

Most minor aesthetic bugs like this are not changed, and you never know, if may very well look exactly like the car they had that they modeled. The car may be that way in a different market, it may be privately owned but i’s what they had, or even provided in that shape by the manufacturer and that is why it was modeled as such in the game.

Great point!

Here are a couple that drive me freakin’ NUTZ.

On the Ford F-100, you can’t place decals

HERE (red areas)

HERE

HERE

or HERE

without also decalling huge other areas of the truck (edge of running board completely inaccessable), making two tone body/fenders impossible.

Also the '88 VW Scirocco has a TINY sliver on the rear bumper that decals can’t reach.

These may seem like no big deal, but like I said they drove me crazy and denied me the paintjobs I wanted
