Having the same issue and xbox support can’t seem to help. I just got the forza 6 le and the ten year pack came with the game in a single voucher. Everything in the game shows installed/purchased/owned, but cars aren’t free.
If you do get it figured out, please post it.

Yes. I actually figured it out last night. For whatever reason, when I was setting up the xbox account to play, it asked me for my email address again, even though I had already entered it. Then, it wouldn’t take my email address, stating it was invalid. Now I’m a 34 year old IT guy, so I know what I’m doing. I ended up just entering a different email address so I could move forward with the process, and didn’t think about it again. What’s weird is that the account was NOT on the xbox and forza didn’t have a single bit of play on that account, like I had never used it. I had to play the beginning races just to see if the cars were there last night and they were.
Now I need to figure out who can transfer that license to the other account. Who can do this?
you can’t …for some reason microsoft dont allow it… sounds like you messed up when changing the email addresses…there might have been issues with xbox live when you were setting it up
each profile has its own individual email addresss..
you always try contacting Microsoft support, since they are the only ones that can change anything profile related
Well, Microsoft called me back to follow up with the issue and I explained what happened. The csr said, well you should have canceled the Xbox setup process instead of putting another email address in there even though you had no choice and you didn’t know. Can’t do anything to fix it and I can’t even buy the cars with my other account.
I told her I may end up returning the Xbox just to buy a new one and get another code so I can correctly apply it to my account. We can put a man on the moon but you can’t give a guy his dlc cars for buying the Forza 6 Limited Edition Xbox One?
could always just factory reset your console…then put your correct profile on it
you should be able to access the cars still if you set both profiles to home console …just have to use in game credits to buy them…or you could go xbox.com and buy the car pass and vip pass for the correct account if you really had to
if you delete the profile off your console that is wrong you should be able to buy the car pass and vip pass as well…after deleting them off the hard drive though
to be honest it’s not really their fault that you set up your profiles wrong…you would have had a choice …every profile has its own unique email address which cant be changed from the console…
