I think just completely remove the flags
But add some nfs like arrows or internal checkpoints acting as in accesability feature and guide for the driftzone. As well as maybe outlining the drift route on the mini map?
I like this suggestion, it correlates with votings for the option to disable PR stunts (like the one here). Flags could disappear when the PR stunts are disabled.

I think disabling the flags when you disable drift zones to appear on the world map would be a pretty good way to handle this problem.

Would like to remove challenges, speed zone , drift zone etc( like you can do when seeing the map ) but while driving or better cruising
It would be a nice feature if they get disabled/won’t trigger when you hide them on the map.
