Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone had an open source tune for the xbow or the superlight? There a bit different to tune so I wanted something to use as a base then tune to my own liking from there. I’m after something tuned with no assists that still has some competitive speed to it. Appreciate any help or even just suggestions on where to start, build, springs and arb are what I struggle most with. If not I know Stella stig put one up but there were some settings on it that I thought were questionable…
Should specify. I’m more after A class tunes but will also have a crack at an s class after.
will share an open source tune soon.
caterham R500 - A class
Thanks for that
It’s not an Xbow or a Caterham but I have a pretty decent Lotus 2-Eleven Tune out on the storefront.
Gamertag: PPiDrive
Car: Lotus 2-Eleven
File Name: #17 DJD Lotus
Environment: Nurburgring
Track: GP Circuit
Keyword: Circuit
Keyword: Good for Handling
Description: Get the paint by Ruddy88.
And yes, don’t forget to grab Ruddy’s awesome Damon James Design studio livery to wrap the car in.
EDIT: SatNiteEdaurdo, General SWIFT, if you try this tune out on Nurburgring GP let me know if you can get a top 500 time. I know I can’t but it would be amazing if I tune I made was able to make such a fast time. Thanks guys.
Haha, I dont think you realise that it was my post you were replying to… but yes, for anyone else, thats a pretty decent 2-11, give it a go
I know it’s your post, it was just fitting. It’s also an A-Class that competes with the cars you were looking for.
UPDATE: Ruddy88 built a grippy version of the 2-Eleven and I tuned it and actually shaved 2 seconds of my time with it. Give it a go, it’s posted with all the same info as the above build but the File Name is #17 DJD GRIP.
Though they’re not really open source unless you share the actual tune, and I don’t think I want to do that on this one. This may be a top 500 tune.
