For those who are not avare, only chance to play Horizon Parade Race and complete the evolving world accolade ‘‘Win horizon parade race’’ is to vote for HORIZON RUSH TAKEOVER Festival Playlist. That Festival Playlist is from series 5 and i think many players didn’t have the game back then. Horizon parade race (with floating boat) appeared only in that Festival Playlist in summer season as seasonal special and not appeared in any other Festival Playlist. That is most rarest accolade in game to complete.
