Where is this race? I have already done all Horizon stories. I have already done (and won) all FH5 races. I also have already done all tasks on Festival Playlist for months. I couldn’t find this specific race.
Could you please give me instructions about how to achieve it?

Oh no! I thought the lanterns would be there again, in New Year, in 2023.
It is not good, because there are people always coming in. I was not in the Xbox of FH5 world on 03/2022.
I can understand the limitation, for example, to be impossible to play the past seasons, but about regular accolades it is not acceptable, IMHO. It is like to be impossible to realize the accolade! 
We also have, for example, cases where bugs didn’t allow you to do some tasks, let’s say, “on time”.

I am trying to complete all the accolades on Forza but most of the evolving world accolades are missing. Really annoying as I’m sure others are wanting to also complete the accolades. Very disappointed if I’m honest
