Online adventure takes way too long.

Decided to clock how much time each activity actually takes in Online adventure, here’s the breakdown of A class outback racing adventure:

My time is 28:20.54

Lap times:

  1. ‎3:‎13.29 - drive to the event #1

  2. ‎0:56.78 - waiting for players and awards

  3. ‎3:‎07.60 - race #1

  4. ‎0:‎36.56 - waiting for players

  5. ‎0:40.70 - awards screens

  6. ‎0:‎59.15 - drive to the event #2

  7. ‎3:‎15.81 - race #2

  8. ‎1:20.31 - waiting for players and awards

  9. ‎1:‎09.13 - drive to the event #3

  10. ‎1:12.56- waiting for players and awards

  11. ‎3:‎23.41 - race #3

  12. ‎1:‎24.66 - waiting for players and awards

  13. ‎1:‎53.48 - drive to the event #4

  14. ‎0:54.39 - waiting for players and awards

  15. ‎2:41.26 - race #4

  16. ‎1:31.39 - waiting for players and awards

Which means that only 12 minutes 28 seconds were spent actually racing of a 28m20s adventure. 7m15s spent in free roam getting to race starting points. 8m37s spent staring at standings and xp/credits screens. Showing XP and Credits gain after each action is the worst offender, it wastes so much time for no purpose. Can’t see a reason to drive to events either since it can last longer than an actual race for no rewards and there’s a whole game mode called online freeroam made specifically for people who just want to roam around the map.

There should be an option to leave when on the leaderboards or selecting the next championship. Its a bit of a pain that you got to wait till you are back in your car to quit back to single player.
