2 big problems with online adventure.

I’m absolutely loving the game, but I’ve noticed 2 distinct issues during online adventure. First it seems like the HE cars that grant an XP boost seem to also multiple the XP that determines the championship standings. If this is true it’s a huge issue as it cuts down the number of competitive cars to around 10. Also, during the road trips to the next race destination the time limit seems to jump to 30 seconds remaining. It’s as if someone has already arrived first but it occurs long before it is physically possible for someone to arrive. I hope players haven’t found a way to fast travel during this portion. like a said I love the game and just don’t want these issues to damage it

On your first point yes that is the case, but the HE cars arent necessarily the most competitive in each of their categories, some take a bit of skill to be effective. Especially if using no assists, the huracan is the only really stand out one thats easy to use as its 4wd.

Secondly, yes that can happen because some players join half way through an online adventure, and if they happen to spawn very close to the next race it starts the 30s count down leaving the rest travelling with no chance. Just the way it works.

Hurican HE DNF’d every drive too and every race. his xp was 55k ahead of 2nd place. 2nd place had 72k and the huracan had 128k points.

This is only the 2nd real disappointment with FH3 I’ve had, they kept the completely broken XP championship system from FH2.

They didn’t employ any of the easy fixes suggested by the community (like having an option to enter a RACING championship like in single-player, or DNF=no xp).

FH2 & 3 are the only racing games in history where I can drive my car’s wheels off, finish 4 seconds ahead of 2nd place in each event, and LOSE THE CHAMPIONSHIP to a dude who DNF’d every race. Unreal.

Come on, PGG, you improved every OTHER aspect of this game, why was this left as-is?
