Ok "bans are not discussed in the forum" but no response in 8 months?!

Guys I do understand we can’t discuss bans in the forum but I’ve been emailing forzafb@Microsoft.com since 18th of June 2013 constantly once every two weeks, sometimes even more. So if we cant discuss bans here, and Microsoft is not willing to support, where do we go then? I’ve been banned long ago, and I’ve got proof of my cloud save that got tampered with and no one seems to care? I’m VIP member and bought all the expansion packs, so I’ve spent quite a lot of money on a game that I can not use anymore?! That is a bit ridiculous considering I was banned for something someone else did with my game save/rest of my content on cloud storage.

I have considered going the legal route but I think its just gonna cost me alot of money and nothing will get done about it anyway.

So please can any of the moderators tell me what to do next if we cant talk about it here, and the support from turn10 and Microsoft is absolutely shocking.

I’ve got hard evidence on file that my cloudsave was tampered with and I’ve got evidence that the Ip who did it came from the UK and I’m in South Africa. I’m a big Forza fan, and I wanted to get the xbox one only for Forza 5 because thats what I did with Forza 4 and my xbox 360, but if this is the support tgat they offer I might as well forget about Fm5.

Any advice appreciated.

According to Turn 10 staff, you were banned from Forza for trying to gift Unicorns.

If you think your Cloud save (on Microsoft servers) has been tampered with and your account has been compromised, you need to report the issue to Xbox Support over the phone. It is their territory. If you (as you said in your post on the old forums) “investigated myself with the help of the South African National intelligence investigators and have proof that my game saves on cloud storage got tampered with…”, have solid evidence you were somehow hacked, then I’m sure it will be easy for Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team to catch these offenders.

Hi there. Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate it. Yes I did try gift a unicorn car because I had two of the same cats in my garage, so I though I’ll gift one to a friend. So anyone that doesn’t know that you are not allowed to do that get banned? I know one cant sell them or put them up for auction, but I wasnt aware that one will get banned for trying to give it away if you have more than one?

But thanks for coming back to me. It clears up alot of questions. And regarding reporting to Microsoft, should I do it locally or Microsoft international? Because I’m in South Africa and I doubt the guys here will know what to do?

I think you should start by calling your local Xbox support.

And once I’ve done that do you think Turn10 will consider lifting my ban at all or not?

I have no answer to that question as I don’t work for them.
