I have written to this forum about a ban. I was given a response to write to the email address. I wrote to the email address and was given a reply to write to the forum. I am leader of a team, all of whom tried to stop someone from hacking players’ systems. Fascinating that even though Microsoft has banned the player from Xbox play, we have to deal with this issue. I have been two weeks waiting for someone to discuss this with me. Where do I go and with whom shall I speak to resolve this issue? I find it funny that we’re chopped for defending and protecting Xbox360, Forza4 and the online gaming community.
As you were previously advised, bans are not discussed here on the forums. Bans are issued by either T10 or the Xbox live enforcement team. The mods here have nothing to do with them. If it were me, I would try a politely written PM to one of the moderators asking for any assistance they might be able to offer. I’m not suggesting that they will be able to resolve your problem, but maybe they can point you in the right direction.
