Will there be certain optimisations for the xCloud version of Forza Motorsport to improve accessibility, like touch input and tilt controls? (Sea of Thieves is an example of this)

Are the Objects on the track synchronized? In FM7 things like signs and tires, or Camera movement and Helicopter are not synchronized between players. Often one player has a sign laying on the track, and another one a few seconds behind him not.
