Occasional frame drops in free roaming

Hello,

First of all let me show my rig.

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (no OC)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB DDR4 3000 mhz (dual channel)
GPU: Palit Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
MoBo: Asus Prime B350-Plus
HD: Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM
PSU: EVGA 450W B3
SO: Windows 10 Pro
Monitor: Samsung S22C300H (FullHD - 60 Hz)

For some reason I’m experiencing occasional frame drops in free roaming (I never experience them when racing). I play with recommended high settings, what happens is similar to what you can see in this video at 0:33 and 1:05 : Forza Horizon 4: FPS Drop - YouTube

I had no frame drops playing the demo.

How can I fix it? Please help me, I love this game and would like to play it with no issues.

Hmmm… no i think not.
Maybe a session is corrupted and the game is searching automatically a new one and it ends up in stuttering.

I watched the video; these stutters are horrible O_o
Your rig is good enought to play the game easily … there have to be another issue.

But i have no idea why. :confused:

My xbox x does the same thing randomly,the exact same stutter as in your video.I just try to ignore it to be honest.A fix would be nice though.

Will this issue be fixed? Many people are experiencing the same as me but I can’t see the issue among the known issues
