Obtaining cars locked behind badges

any idea on how to get the two cars that are locked behind the two new badges. both say something about “Community choice”
one of the cars is new to this game the 2011 mclaren and the other is the 2020 r35.

i have no clue what needs to be done in order to get these cars

The 2011 Mclaren 12C is the 20Pt car in Week 1 of Series 29, starting 04th Jan 24
The 2020 Nissan R35 is the 80Pt reward car for Series 29, so should be available week 2
