It seems like i ( living in a country not supported by Xbox Live ) wont be able to purchase and play the game on my PC because of me not meeting the requieremts of region. So most smaller European countrys wont be able to play this game at all !

Yes. I thought you just can’t order it via XBL. But that should work via amazon or whatever else. After that you just redeem the code .
At least you should be able to play the (digital copy of the) game offline on your XB1 and/or PC.
For your XBL problem I’m pretty sure there’s a solution … but you need to talk to people from your country … how to …

Change your xbox/pc region to us,create us account,buy gift cards from your country,activate them on your account,buy game from ms store via ur ms account where you activated gift.and then you can play,xbox support confirmed it will work.btw i am from lithuania
It will work to buy and play offline, but since the xbox live doesnt support my region any multiplayer/online experiance wont work 
they don’t know I am from lithuania 
my region is US and my account is US and etc so as long as they don’t check IP it for sure will work.Xbox live regions is made just for language and it should work perfectly for me
I dont believe that if the region on the PC is wehre you are located can connect to the xbox live servers. Thats why i dont wanna buy the game anymore. Because support said it wont work.

Just becuase of you I asked 2 more support people and everyone [ 5 or 6 total ] CONFIRMED THAT this game will work with changing region to US and creating US account.Also online will also work just fine.I don’t know what are you talking about but you are wrong

I wish they just would let us buy and download the game in a normal way.
On 21 age everyone should have paypal… and it’s not shady,I’ve tried this with 1dollar game and it went fine,also I know few peoples who tried this method for fh3 and it worked,games are in library just you can’t play because obviously its not released yet
First, PayPal is not fully functional in my country and a few people use it; second, how is it not shady to make up a billing address? Or did you use your real address in PayPal?
