I’ve read that cross-play is available there where xbox live is.In my country Lithuania it is not available.I am not going to use xbox just windows 10,but I am curious does the game can be region locked somehow because of this? It’s now open regional, not regionally locked like things were earlier.
Due to the games being primarily delivered via digital, die load, there’s no longer any regional locking now. Even on disc based games for the Xbox One. However, Xbox 360 games are different.
While games around the world must apply for and pass specific censorship guidelines by various countries, the regional locks that once were mandatory, no longer apply yo the level they once were.

So i have been waiting for this day so long,to see Forza on pc and here it is 
But i have issues purchasing the game. I would like to know is the PC version of the game locked to the regions like xbox live is? For example I am from Bosnia and Hercegovina,and Xbox live is not supported here (shame) but like all others when I owned Xbox 360 made an account on UK area. And live worked no problems,but
Long story short I was trying to preorder PC version of the game and everything goes good until the last check out tab,where is asking for my address. And that is where I fail the purchase. I don’t know why it has to be this complicated contacted Microsoft store support on chat,he tried to help me but failed and sent me to XBox store support and link leads me to Microsoft support again.
Seriously don’t get the issues here. They want to sell the god damn game but they make it so complicated,put the game on Steam like Ubisoft did i would be first one to buy.

I just tried to order for PC, and it is in fact region locked! (Dominican Republic)
This game, like many other XBOX products, May be “region-free”, but actually it’s only allowed on the “Official Regions” and “Other” is pretty much blocked.
This is especially true if one of the “official” regions has some sort of restriction.
This is one of the reasons I never bought the XBOX ONE, even though I really liked my XBOX 360. It was just too much of a hassle, and Other Consoles have it easier.
