I was told by eb games that is is possible to play Forza on pc if we buy on xbox. I have been trying all night but keeps telling me I have to buy the pc copy. Can anyone tell me if this is a possibility or am just going under false hope from what eb has told me? If it is possible to do can someone also tell me how to actually do it. Any help will be appreciated.

I believe it is only possible if you buy download. Just looked Xbox Play Anywhere says:
Now when you own an Xbox Play Anywhere digital title, it’s yours to play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC

You get a free digital copy on PC if you buy the digital version for Xbox One. You don’t need an Xbox to buy this though, if you don’t currently have one. It’s part of Xbox Play Anywhere.
