I'm confused and worried, please help

Today I decided to finally buy Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition and I did it on microsoft.com
I only have a PC with Windows 10, not an Xbox One.
Will I be able to play this with all the features that comes with the Ultimate Edition, even though I bought it on the Microsoft.com website and not Microsoft Store app?

And if not, will a refund be possible?
I’m very worried about the big amount of money I just spend, please help me out.

You are totally fine, my friend. Don’t worry! You will get all of the perks of getting the ultimate edition as long as the microsoft account you used to buy the game is the one you use to sign into your computer. And also make sure your PC can run the game, it is going to be very graphics intensive. Refunds are also available to anyone before the release date.

Do I need to buy two copies in order to play on box Xbox and PC?
No if you buy digital, Yes if you buy disc first. As an Xbox Play Anywhere title, when you buy the game digitally (via console dashboard, Xbox.com Store, Windows store app, or redeemable code from a retailer), then you own the game for both console and PC. Play Anywhere is not available with disc purchases, but you could later buy the digital version and then enjoy the Play Anywhere benefits with your game save and DLC. Is FH3 available to purchase from Steam?
No. FH3 is available digitally via the Xbox One console Store and Xbox.com Store and as a code from traditional retailers, and on disc from traditional retailers.

How do I purchase FH3 just for PC?
There is no PC-only link for purchasing. As a Play Anywhere title, purchasing the game digitally provides the PC version for free. This is true for the Xbox console Store, Xbox.com (which redirects to Microsoft.com - this is digital. Microsoftstore.com sells the disc format) or digital code purchased from a retail store. You don’t need to own a console or even have a Windows 10 PC at the time of your purchase to go through this process. For an example of how this might work, see the Xbox Support page for Quantum Break on Windows 10, which provided a code to redeem at the Windows Store in order to download it. You can confirm your digital pre-order at transaction at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders#/ Note that Play Anywhere only works for digital orders; if you purchase the game on disc (softcase or SteelBook Ultimate Edition) then you won’t receive a code for PC.
