I went through all the protocol for fixing Forza 7 and deleted saves as per your tech support and lost not only Forza 7 but my Horizon 3 and saves. And I have a One X on preorder. Painful… In light of all this I’m pretty much done with this entire system… I’ve had to call 3 times over issues with 7 not to mention glitches and VIP rewards that were messed up. Fix this… First of all when there is an issue with your servers let xbox support know and stop telling people to delete everything… What a huge disappointment… And no reciprocation at all… Thanks for the cars that I cant even use… I’m sorry, you guys normally rock and know its complicated but come on…
Thanks for fixing. Probably one of the most complicated games ever to make. You guys rock. Best game ever. Nothing is perfect. Just hope the one x doesn’t have issues. Thanks for everything!!!
