I recently purchased Forza Horizon 5 Premium during the Black Friday sale on the Xbox Store. However, I am unable to access online multiplayer features. The online tab in the game is grayed out.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution? (I can access only Rivals in which i am playing against only 1 & Club)

Hello @Sandbox0989 . In order to play online multiplayer, you must buy [at least] an xbox game pass core subscription.
You won’t be able to play online multiplayer without game pass.
For multiplayer gaming, i recommend xbox gamepass core.
Yeah, you need Xbox Gamepass for Online mode. FH5 Premium only gives you extra things in the game.

Im having the same issue, I have the game on steam and cant play online at all and idk why. Do I need an xbox gamepass for a steam game? Surely not right?
