On xbox series x, I cannot seem to get online with this game as horizon life doesn’t seem to work and friends/players are greyed out. I have been online on release for several weeks but update seemed to cut me off. This is the only game that won’t allow me online.
I’m an XSX user but haven’t encountered your issue. You could try the following steps and move onto the next step if it doesn’t work:
Toggle between Horizon Solo and Horizon online in game
Remove game from quick resume
Restart console
Restart modem/router
Make sure game is updated
Reinstall game
Maybe a silly question, have you been banned?
This would allow you to play solo, but would prevent online play.
Yeah, looks like a ban.
Worth checking at Forza
Turned out its a problem In the options…reset all options to default and it started working again…happy days.
