I have not been able to get online with forza 5 on a Xbox one system. Called Xbox one and deleted game and reinstalled. no help… when I am on the main screen and I go to multiplayer the box turns red and it states “Friends online 0” then bottom of screen changes sayong " Previous cars used 0" bottom left. Bottom right “Previous stop”. I go to match request and the games asks “Request new multiplayer match?” Reply OK. Game “setting party match session”. Game “Waiting for match” flashes lower left corner. Game " Match request" -Match request is complete. would you like to join match?" I reply OK. Game “joining lobby connecting to game server”, Game “joining lobby” after several seconds the game reply " unable to join session". All my other games work on line but I can’t get Forza 5 to work. Please help. There seems to be no way of contacting Forza 5 or Turn10 or motorsports for support.
