Minor point of order - Turn 10 has established that M. Rossi is a woman. And honestly, I’m cool with that.
After previously establishing that M Rossi is male. We can even see him without a helmet in Forza Horizon (1). This means they’ve established M Rossi as transgender.
Or, it could be that M. Rossi is actually the daughter of M. Rossi.
As I said in a post waaaayy up there 
, I would have no problem if it were presented that way. But alas, that was not the case. When T10/PG announced M. Rossi’s gender (coming out party?) they stated that it was always a woman, which in turn completely contradicted 2 interviews that Dan G. had done around the time of FH4 (guessing here, not sure on the date). It was fumbled badly, and could of been a non issue if they had presented it they way you’re suggesting.
Nostalgia can brainwash you to think something was good. I’ve heard last 10 years how godly Diablo 2 was. I do remember playing a lot of it in early 2000s. But I never played it again after playing better alternatives like Torchlight 1&2, Grim Dawn, Diablo 3. Even Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 1&2 are better. When D2R was released I decided to give it a try again but instead of changing my mind it reminded me about how bad it is without mods.

No, not at all. There have been many great women drivers. My comments were about how T-10 handled their situation.
I just wish the could have kept the gameplay feel from the first two games going. People know they haven’t been consistent with anything in the last games but disappointment.
The error of most of the 3d models remain unfixed. Was on the gaming pass for awhile. tried out FH5. all the erroneous car models remain unfixed from FH4. and FH3. Gave up after a month.
They just plonk all the existing cars along with all the errors into a new map and gave it and add a new number to FH.
I cannot in good faith support this. FH5 is basically FH4; the Mexican expansion pack.

I’m playing this game just passing time for the next great thing. I just saw the trailer for solar crown and sadly I feel, FH5 may still be the next great thing. And that’s so sad it hurts. The new NFS isn’t it either with all it’s cartoon garbage.
Not going to jump on board with the new Motorsport unless I hear some really really bad stuff about gt7 (maybe gt8 by then) and some SUPER FANTASTIC STUFF about Motorsport. And I mean it will have to be ABSOLUTELY BUG FREE SUPER FANTASTIC I JUST … MY PANTS GOOD stuff.
In all fairness, i enjoyed FH4 to a certain extent. But accuracy of the car models are important. Customization is also really important in a game like this. Sadly errors and inaccuracies are abound in FH4.
Makes me wonder who signed off on all those. Makes me wonder if the people making this game really love cars at all. If someone like me can point out all these, they really should reach out and hire me.
I thought the tools given to make liveries and create decals were bad. I spent more time on livery and decal making than playing the game. Strangely, i enjoyed it.
Until i played NFS Heat. Got it for $4 on Steam. Suddenly the livery and decal making tools on FH were like God sent.
I bought the special edition of GT7 but i don’t have a Playstation yet. Too expensive. God Of War Ragnarok is starting to look like the justification to get 1 but… i haven’t even started on the GOW4.
Nothing beats GT7 as far as racing games are concerned but it is a different breed of racing game. I wish they would stop being lazy and fix all the car models(FH). If they have time to add new things. They have time to fix all these more than 3 year old problems.
I just logged into Forza Support. My original ticket complaining about the Civic Type R Ep3 dates back to 2020. I have raised the issue 4 times, with pictures to show the error(s) but was simply brushed off everytime.
Please don’t tell me 3 years is not enough time to fix a long withinstanding issue. And there are many others.
Sorry, but theres just no excuse. Its a decent game. I enjoy the casualness of it all. But the extreme lack of urgency to right these issues are a recurring pattern. I reinstalled FH4 to take a peek… and i remembered why i deleted it in the first place.
Yall just see there adding 3 cars from the older games plus 1 random chinese car. They obviously have use make wishlist as a joke at this point. Heres 4 cars 3 that shouldnt have left but it’s “new” an a random car from china. An dont gwt me wrong but most of the newer cars they have been adding have been odd ball cars from over seas. Like why?
All I can say, from what I have seen in this game, the people behind the game are definitely not car enthusiasts in any from what so ever. Well. Maybe that’s not fair. Maybe some of them get to borrow mommy’s car once in a while, while their $10,000.00 green (I’m saving the planet) bicycle is getting a new set of tires.
Seriously, though. There is a certain website that I frequent that is known for having free downloads of models ripped from a variety of games (GT7, FM7, FH5, AC, ACC, etc.) I have seen the cars in their raw form from this game and from many others. I used to work in 3DStudio Max and other rendering software. Whomever is tasked with making the models, they aren’t very good at their jobs. It seems to be a case of lowest bidder wins the contract.
The GT7 models are insanely complex and accurate. Each piece has multiple versions/layers of damage. They use up to 5 LODs to ease the load on the PS. I have never seen a more detailed 3D model ever.
So is FH5 the low end on the spectrum?
Well, towards the bottom, there are a ton of independent games that are horrid. But out of the AAA stuff, it’s definitely the bottom.
I’ve been playing the previous four games. This one is garbage compared to the first three. The fourth one is better as well but not without a few serious problems itself.
It’s most definitely near, if not the bottom itself. The only thing not making me continue with the likes of FH4, FH3 etc is lack of player numbers.
I started playing at the end of FH2’s run, I went back to FH1 when it was made available on the XB1. I have gone through FH1 again recently (I sill have it installed on my XB1) and recently reinstalled FH3 on my computer. This series has definitely regressed since it’s origin. I enjoyed the first 3 (sometimes for different reasons). 4 started the decline, 5 smacked the rocks at the bottom of the lake.
