Four days ago, I encountered a corrupted save file issue. I immediately followed the guidelines and submitted a ticket to Forza Support, but to this day, I have yet to receive any response.
During this time, I managed to bypass the issue and finally launch the game by overwriting my save while offline. However, online mode remains completely unavailable, and I cannot download any of my Premium Edition cars.
The Series 1 Summer season is about to end, and I am still locked out of participating.
It is incredibly disheartening to see that many cheaters using modded accounts—and even players with pirated copies—are out there playing the game smoothly, while a legitimate buyer like me is left stranded. I am deeply disappointed by the efficiency, or lack thereof, of Forza Support.
If Forza Support exists but fails to provide actual support, what is the point of its existence?

For a game launch, the support team’s response is genuinely disappointing. I feel for you, man, because this could’ve happened to anyone.

They’ll be getting thousands of tickets. They’ll log the issue and then look into it. Fixes aren’t always instantaneous.

Apologies for the frustration. The Support Team is currently going through tickets in the order they arrived and it may take longer than usual to address the wave of tickets from launch. They will get to your ticket.

Yes, I can actually understand that there will inevitably be many players seeking help during the initial launch phase of the game, especially since the player base for FH6 is likely larger than previous installments, which will bound to affect the support team’s processing speed. I still want to express my gratitude for their hard work, but I nonetheless hope that my issue can be assisted sooner so that I can enjoy the game normally like other players as soon as possible.
I’m not sure if telling you will help, but it has been a full two weeks since I submitted the ticket, and there has still been no response from Forza Support.

I’ll find out from the team, but I’m aware that they’re going through many lost save tickets so they may still be getting to this one.
