There’s no need to level up again for the same car, as it’s already been leveled up once on the first car. So that we can make different type of build on that car, for example a race and drift build of that car.
Also, please enable the option to skip the practice section.
These will make this game much better!

I fully agree on the leveling.
I’ve already ‘fallen in love with the car’ by leveling it once. Why would I suddenly not love the same car if I buy and use it a second time?
It is enabled, only hidden under “Exit” option in menu 
As for the main topic, I fully agree on (not) having to level up the same car twice.
Forgive my ignorance, but isn’t that what tunes are for? Why should you need multiples of the same car?

Just load the one you want for the car you have leveled up.

It is far easier to just have duplicates for those various builds, especially as those tunes are likely not even close to each other in terms of PI and as someone who who wants multiples of cars, my drift builds tend to be more garish with loud paints and body kits. Having duplicates makes it easy to choose the correctly built car for a given activity.
