When I first got FM6 I had the message under gifts for the Ford GT, which I deserved via the demo.
When I would hit A nothing would happen, it would not download. Eventually the message disappeared without ever downloading.
Now the same thing is happening to me with the Fiesta ST.
How can this be fixed?
check in the free cars tab when you go to buy cars
The newer cars are there like the limo and t1, but no GT or Fiesta. Any other suggestions? Thanks
I was regifted the GT tonight. It shows under the message center but when I hit A to download it, the download button briefly disappears and nothing downloads.
Any thing to try?
try looking in your garage or in the buy cars section for free cars
The cars are there but they are not free.
If I were to try to uninstall and reinstall, would I loss my progress?
Now I have 3 more cars in my message center which will not download. I would love to play this game but I will not until I get what is mine. Sadly I can not get a refund.
My similar problem was solved today. Check out http://forums.forza.net/turn10_postsm416244_Cannot-Download-any-gift-cars-after-11-4-update.aspx#post_416244. I hope this fixes your problem also.
Have u ever tried to da a hard reset of your xbox?

My having the same problem - I have 3 gift cars that won’t download. If you find a solution, please share it here.
BTW, a hard reset did not help me (neither did reinstalling the game and all add-ons from scratch)
