How about we wait a bit on this. FM6 has been announced but not much has been said since E3 is right around the corner.
If we get a Horizon 3 we won’t see anything about it until well into next year so almost an entire year away before any actual announcements.
As for the twitter bio, so what? Of course they’re working on something and won’t tell you what it is? Do you think that as a company or a business they put out Forza Horizon 2 and then they all quit, went home, and stopped working? It may be FH3 it may be something but honestly there is no point in second guessing this well over a year and a half out.
As for AR12’s comment “Forza Horizon 3 is already in the works” well, if it comes out next year - sometime two years after FH2 – then of course it’s already in the works. Again, do you think they pop these games out a couple of months before launch? If there was an FH3 planned then there is a good chance that it was started, at least in some small part or by a small portion of the studio as soon as FH2 launched.
