My XB1 decided to stop working yesterday whilst I was enjoying F6. I returned it to the retailer and got a new machine. I’ve reinstalled the game, update and extras but it won’t fully sync to my Cloud save. It gets to 25% then tells me the sync has failed, giving me the option to play offline which means I have to start from scratch.
I don’t want to start from scratch because it means losing my loyalty rewarded cars and 7 million credits.
Does anyone know if this could be a Cloud issue? Is it related to my profile? Is it related to my XB1 dying halfway through a race? Anything T10 can fix?
Thanks for the reply. I only deleted my ‘local save’ as suggested on one of the stickies on this forum. I also read the advice on the sticky not to play before the games and updates are fully installed, so I’m trying a fresh install of the game and letting everything fully install and update before playing and trying to sync again. Otherwise, I’ll try again tomorrow and if still no good I’ll have to join the support queue.
If you retry your sync 2-3 times it should work, does it with me sometimes as I play on 2 separate xboxes, sometimes you just have to give it time and retry several times. you will get there though dude.
